Our Story
Morgan Strategic started because our founder, Alexandru, watched too many smart business leaders get burned by transformation projects that promised everything and delivered confusion. In 2011, he decided to try something radical: actually listening to what companies needed instead of selling them what looked good on PowerPoint. The first few years were scrappy. We learned what works and, more importantly, what doesn't. By 2016, we'd helped 23 companies through major digital overhauls. Today? We're still doing the same thing — just with better systems and a team that genuinely cares about your success.
